We
design, manufacture and market high performance fiber
optic components and integrated modules to network equipment
manufactures all over the world.
Our production
plan is based on customers’ forecasts and we often
need to revise due to customers’ rescheduling
or production constraints. It was not easy to know the
accurate real-time status of customer orders, inventory
and production such that we can the correct changes,
and to communicate with customers and our departments.
iCube implemented
“Shipment Update” and “IC Manager”
modules to allow us to easily reschedule PO ETDs, split
the current ETD of an item to multiple revised ETDs;
identify sales orders that are affected by the revised
PO schedule with email notification to the related departments.
Our logistic department can easily view the current
on hand quantity, revised PO ETA, current sales order
ETDs to decide or allocate shipments.
iCube also implemented
a warehouse management system for faster and accurate
inventory processing using RFID scanners.
All these enhancements
allow us to keep up and exceed customers’ on-going
demands.

We
are the US branch of CONTEC CO., LTD, a manufacturer
of industrial computer and peripheral products in Japan.
We have
many sales people in US to sell and support various
customers in the entire USA that we used to have big
difficulties to communicate among ourselves to update
and share customer information.
Our biggest problem had been
resolved after iCube had implemented the Sage CRM to
automate the sales force, marketing and customer care
processes. We are able to track prospects and customers
sales in progress, all outstanding issues and status,
historical activities and statistics, communication
including emails. Since Sage CRM integrates with Sage
ERP, we are able to know the order and accounting status
of this customer.
iCube also implemented the Stonefield
Query system that allows us to build customized reports
to pull data and able to export to excel, with a single
interface. Together with CRM, our headquarters is easily

Headquarters
in Taiwan with seven subsidiaries world-wide, Nexcom USA
is more than the standard regional sales office, we are
a sales office, distribution center, support center and
logistic hub to customers and other sales locations in
one entity.
We import bare-bone systems from
our factories in Asia, do local purchasing for components
and software, integrate them to meet customers’
specific configuration, do quality control, distribute
and support customers. Since we have a wide selection
of products and a big list of customers that need specific
requirements, we need to have a good system to track
all various combinations of configuration down to the
component and version level for each customer in system
integration and service repair.
iCube implemented the Sage Pro
ERP system and the manufacturing functionality makes
configuration easy. iCube also integrates with its Quality
Control and service system to allow the production and
service repair with IQC and FQC features. Now, we are
able to define the detail configuration and log QC checks
against the requirement.
Together with iCube IC Manager
to provide various real-time inventory status, we have
a clear picture of status in orders, services and inventory
which are vital to our business missions.

We
are US branch of a Taiwan based leading manufacturer of
memory products that we are responsible to sell and support
customers in US, and to do logistic arrangement for other
branches in US.
Our order processing and logistics management is quite
complicated, we need to process orders for all US based
customers including customers that are directly supported
by the headquarters. We also need to forward shipments
to other US branches.
iCube has designed and implemented
a customized order and supply management system that
links our Sage Accpac ERP and the headquarters’
Oracle system.
Pricing entered in our system
will be crossed checked with the price table electronically
and orders that need special pricing approval or credit
approval will be forwarded to headquarters.. Shipments
from ASIA will be auto received to Sage Accpac with
auto checking of discrepancy that we can do real-time
adjustments. The receipts of shipment will be auto-acknowledged
to the headquarters for integrity checks to alert for
discrepancy or to close the loop.

implemented two system upgrades of our Sage Accpac ERPs
for the past two years, They had provided many good
suggestions and customized several intelligent reports
