iCube expands consulting and support resource for Sage Advantage ERP and Sage CRM 07/21/2005

To expand the consulting and support for Sage Advantage ERP, Sage CRM and the related third-party solutions, iCube is pleased to announce the joining of Mr. Carl Descanzo as the senior consultant and support specialist. Mr. Descanzo got his BBA degree in Accounting in 1988 and CPA in 1993. Before coming on board to the United State, Mr. Descanzo was a senior member of an ACCPAC certified solution provider in Philippines where he managed a consulting and support team for the last six years.

We welcome Carl to the iCube family. His broad and deep experience in accounting, supports, programming and training complements and enhancements iCube consulting and support force and the business development in the south Asia.

 
iCube expands the end-to-end product service solution to PCCHIPS USA, the worldwide leading mainboard manufacture headquartered in Taiwan, ROC. 06/09/2005

PCCHIPS USA, a US subsidiary of ECS, has recently upgraded iCube Customer1st with the service center and self-service modules to cover the entire end-to-end service operation in PCCHIPS USA. It connects the customers, the US headquarters in Fremont California, and other branch operations and service centers in the North America using various back-office systems.

The system tracks all service items from start to end, with full visibility of issues, status, progress, resolution and inventory. Info is shared among customers, workers and service centers on-line. It integrates with the Oracle ERP system in the ECS headquarters system to provide real-time data exchange. With this expansion, the system delivers a reliable and efficient system to handle excessive service transactions across the service chain.

 
iCube exhibits in the Sage Vision 2005 conference in Dallas Texas 04/30/2005

iCube will exhibit in the Sage Insights 2005 from May 17 to May 20 of 2005. In this conference, iCube will introduce the latest enhancements of iCube Customer1st, iCube eBopen and iCube Supply1st, including the new portal features of eBopen to allow authorized partners (customers, vendors and contractors) to communicate with you through the web interface.

Authorized partners (customers, vendors, contractors) can place orders (sales orders, service orders, purchase orders, manufacturing orders) and view their own specific orders and financial data on-line. iCube eBopen Portal is written in MS .NET technology and it supports the Sage Accpac ERP 5.x, Sage Pro ERP 7.x and Sage CRM 5.x.

 
iCube expands the engineering resources in China 02/22/2005

In order to accelerate the development of new features to meet the ongoing customers' and market requirements, iCube has expanded the engineering resource in Guan Zhou City, a strategic business and engineering resource center in the southern part of China.

The team was founded in 2003. In order to maintain the quality standard, and to have a better communication and control, iCube started with the core members of the team. After about two years of intensive co-development, iCube has built a scaleable infrastructure and management system which is efficient, expandable with high quality. Their role will be for product research for long term projects, development of new intellectual properties, maintaining the home grown API and tools; and porting of existing products to different product lines and platforms.

iCube exhibits in the Sage Vision 2004 conference in the Ho Chi Ming City of Vietnam from November 18 to 20 of 2004. In this conference, iCube will introduce the iCube Customer1st 2.1 that supports ACCPAC Advantage series 5.x and Pro series 7.x. iCube will also announce special promotions to build the win-win-win partnership with the local solution providers for the Asian markets.

iCube releases the latest Customer1st 2.1 that consolidates the backend integration for Advantage series 5.2, Pro series 7.3 and CRM 5.5. It has the iCube's innovative front-end web and window-based console interface that seamlessly integrates with the ACCPAC Advantage series, Pro series and CRM with the various database options. iCube also synchronizes the product version number to 2.1 to be consistent across the different ACCPAC accounting solutions.

iCube expands the headquarters facility in Fremont, California on May 28, 2004. The new address is 48990 Milmont Drive, Unit 103D Fremont CA 94538. The website, email addresses, telephone and fax numbers stay the same. This larger space will accommodate iCube expansion plan in the next three years, where iCube will enhance its infrastructure to support the regional and the out-of-state and Canadian customers.
