Herman Li, Founder,
CEO and President
Mr. Li got his Master degree in Computer Engineering
from the University of New Mexico in 1983. He joined
Everex Systems Inc., a leading computer company in the
80’s, as the first employee next to the co-founders.
During his 10 year tenure in Everex, he had been a key
contributor to grow the company to more than US500 Million
with world-wide 3,000 plus employee and had played a
vital position to bring the company public within 4
years. He had played key and management positions in
software engineering, IT & telecom, product management,
material & purchasing, quality and ISO 9000 management,
business development and strategic planning.
He also worked for Arcadia Design System, a leading
advanced CPU design house as the VP of strategic planning
and business development and helped to incorporate its
design center in Taiwan and established business in
the Far East.
Paul Lee, Executive
Vice President and CFO
Mr. Lee got his MBA and MSCS from University of Texas.
From 1986 to 1993, he has served Everex Systems as the
manufacturing and quality director in charging of the
#1 award winning computer system. He also served
as the Managing Director of Everex Systems (Far East)
Ltd. that he oversaw the entire Far East operations
including HongKong, Taiwan, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
From 1993 to 2000, he has contributed to many emerging
to established companies in various hot industries that
further broaden his visions, skills and business channels.
He has helped Alaris, Inc. to build the China operation,
as the VP of operation of Accton Technology, as the
president of Aimnet Corporation, the VP of Cybernet
International and the director of MIS and operation
of FAI Technology.
Mr. Lee has intensive track record and experience in
business and technical management. After joining iCube,
he has brought in expertise and resources to develop
new technologies in Internet, advanced database and
programming that enables iCube products ahead in competition
to deliver what customers really want.
